Sandy Farley has been painting in oils and acrylics for pleasure since 1966, and was a successful freelance and salaried graphic designer for more than 30 years. In 2010, she decided to pursue painting as a career focus and has been training with professional landscape artists. She paints primarily landscapes, and portraits of animals and people. Having lived most of her life in the Southwestern USA, Ms. Farley cherishes the west�s wild flora and fauna, and that joie de vivre is expressed in the dramatic palette of colors that characterizes her painterly impressionist works in oils, acrylics, and other media. Her current works focus on landscapes painted en plein air and in the studio.
